Credit Union ONE launches new mobile banking application

Ferndale, Michigan – Credit Union ONE recently launched a Mobile Banking Application, much to the pleasure of its’ members.


“Credit Union ONE members have been long anticipating a mobile app to meet their ‘on the go need’ for account access and to make transactions,” said Chad Knott, Credit Union ONE Vice President of Digital Services.  “We are happy to be able to provide this solution and we look forward to enhancing and adding features to further meet our members evolving needs.”

One of the more notable features of the the new application is the ability for members to be able to pay bills from their phones.  No matter where a member is, as long as they have phone coverage they can pay their bills by phone.

Additional mobile application features include ability to review account balances and transaction history, make transfers between their accounts, and to find a branch, ATM or Service Center location on their phones.

Credit Union ONE set a healthy goal for itself to have 10,000 mobile users by the end of the first quarter which was exceeded and now is hovering at almost 12,000.

Additional mobile functionalities are planned for the near future.
