Ferndale, MI - Credit Union ONE’s Annual Meeting, which includes the Board of Directors' election and an open forum for the membership, was held at the credit union's headquarters in Ferndale on April 26, 2016.
Per the bylaws, notices were provided petitioning for director nominations. No nominations were submitted by petition of the members. The Nominating Committee unanimously put into nomination the incumbent candidates for three Director positions, each with a 3-year term.
The following incumbent directors were re-elected: Rudy Montano, Jr., Dave Prybys, and Ray Redmond.
The 2016 Board Officers, elected by the Board of Directors are: Paul Stuart, Chairman, Guadalupe Lara, Vice Chairman, and Joan Stefanski, Secretary/Treasurer.
