Credit Union ONE Walks for Warmth

Ferndale, Michigan – Credit Union ONE participated in the 26th annual Walk for Warmth benefiting the Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency (OLHSA), hosted at Great Lakes Crossing Outlet on February 6, 2016.

The Walk for Warmth is OLHSA’s annual fundraising event to promote awareness and provide support for those facing heat-related emergencies in Oakland and Livingston counties through the Emergency Utility Assistance program.

Credit Union ONE was a sponsor for this year’s event, and approximately 50 credit union staff members and their families and friends participated. The credit union has participated in the event for the last nine consecutive years.

To date, the event has raised more than $54,000 for Oakland County residents. 


“We look forward to this event every year,” said John Kozich, Credit Union ONE Vice President of Community Relations, “It shines a light on a need within our community and we’re honored to help OLHSA make an impact.”
